A world of illusions where nothing is as it seems”
His words they rang throughout her head
As she lay awake in her empty bed
Yet sweet sleep lay upon her eyes
Into a state of slumber she did rise
A darkened corridor lit by a dimming fire
Wandering around the maze she began to tire
The end of each road was the start of a new
This maze it seemed she would never get through
And then she felt it, that familiar chill
The ones who presence only would kill
A sadistic laugh chimed through the halls
“My dear there’s nothing to fear at all”
She felt his warm breathe across her frigid skin
“I believe it is about time you give in
You belong to I and I shall do as I wish
So I command of you give me a goodnight kiss”
Her heart screamed no and as too did her mind
Yet the courage to defy she could not find
So upon his lip she planted a tender kiss
“My dear this is not the kiss I wish
You can do better than that, I know it to be true
And do not defy me, for much pain will I cause you”
An image appeared before her eyes
A woman drenched in blood with no strength left to cry
“My dear as I’ve said you belong to I
Everything you do or say now is for me to decide” [comments] => 1 [counter] => 169 [topic] => 31 [informant] => eternalnight4x [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => StoryPoetry )
