Array ( [sid] => 80376 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Poems For A Song Bird [time] => 2005-01-18 02:15:31 [hometext] => These are poem I wrote saying I am sorry to my girl and that I miss her but even though we don't see each other as much as we would like to that we will always be together I hope you all enjoy I think they are really nice even though they are short [bodytext] => 1. I am dead

My soul has taken wings and left me
It is the only way I could be with you
My one love my truest love my Angel
Your beauty has slain the dragon that
Ragged within me for over a hundred years
And I am at Peace at last I have found heaven
It is there by your side close to your warmth

2. To die

Even when we dreamed we were apart
Then I was drawn in by your light
And now I am with you for always
In day dreams and at night
I chase away all nightmare things
As you did for me in my life
I will come back for you my love
I will fall and be with you again
And die again over and over
Because your love your beauty
It overwhelms me and my heart bursts
But even then I am at Peace

3. My Robin

You are my Robin
My song bird my nightingale
You chase my demons

Away

4. All I want all I need

I have found all that I want
I have seen all the beauty I need to
To write for this life and the next
This unceasing inspiration
I want this to be my last fall
I want you
All I need is by your side
No king has ever been as wealthy as I
For I have you my Jewel
My one treasure
My love
