Another town
Here we come
Hippies to invade
Painting brothers
beautifying electric
towers and poles

Our lives are really hard
and as free and simple
as the breeze
There is no place
any of my road family
would rather be

If I sat at home
no new folks
would I have the pleasure
to meet
No beauty
to show eyes places
they have never seen

Beautiful old homes
Majestic ancient trees
Farmers markets
Family diners
Shaded nature trails
Fine parks to play
Loving folks
with gentle hearts
Something new to discover
each and every day

I never get bored
I never get lonely
For my road family is with me
for friendship and company

It's a way of life
that few have the pleasure
to live
I'm grateful to see
and feel what my world has
the power to give

So many people
So many places
So many scenes
So many faces
