If the promise is fake
What’s in the truth?
If lying is your game
What’s in your heart?
If you betray my trust
What’s in a name?
If mines not engraved in your heart
What’s the reason that you fell astray?
For all I gave was love
A commitment till my dying day
What is love if you have no trust?
What is commitment?
If you are not loved
Don’t pledge that you love me
Don’t ask me to try
Is hard enough
To want to say goodbye
So let’s pretend we never did meet
Just vanish from my mind
And give me back my heart
You hand in over in pieces
Now how long will it take
To put it back together
I close my eyes and pray
Now I’m locking my love
Away From the world
No one deserves to be hurt
For loves just a word
What’s in a soul?
If the soul is not there
Now I’m walking away
Time will surely heel this pain

it is true that love is just a word, without any emotion behind it but still love it still more then any one can describ. it will take time for those wonds to heel but they will and you will learn to love deeper then before.

this poem was truly amazing, it tells what happens to those who dont get back the love that they give and why it is harder to love tsome one who has been through that. i do wish you the best and i'll pray that you get through this.

be strong. please post again
