Here I lay screaming.
At you, at everyone!
No one even knows.

I'm being treated for clinical depression right now..so I know exactly what this poem is saying..the inward screams..the cries for help that no one hears.. the feelings of being out of control.. having no control..either sleepless or doing nothing but sleep.. it is soooo awful and everyone thinks its being lazy.. god..

wow this is very painful and i can totally relate.. it is the most horrible thing you would have to feel that you are screaming inside for someone and they are not even caring and they walk away for no reason. time will heal your pain trust me on that one .. but this is a very good write on that feeling
