Shyness and helplessness is all that I have.

Every day I walk with my friends,
Smiling and laughing, but nothing seems to mend,
My broken heart and shattered dreams,
Nothing that I see is what it seems.
I try to get the courage to talk to you once more,
but my shyness prevails,
I’m nothing but a blur.
A blur amongst all of this insanity,
I walk past you amongst this madness,
Trying to hide all of these emotions,
Nothing seems to work.
These feelings that I hold inside,
are getting ever more harder to hide,
I talk amongst my friends,
hoping something will happen, nothing happens.
Why can't I talk to you,
the one who I adimre,
there's things that I want to learn,
things like how to play the drums,
soemthing I've always wanted to learn,
but soon you will be leaving,
this semester is comming to an end,
I fear that if I don't speak up now,
never shall my voice be heard.

*~Alicia~*
- I 'm sorry for not being able to talk to you, I know you'll never see this, but in the case that you do, all I want to say is that I want to be there for you, I want to be your friend, your shelter. For now I'll drift away in my sorrow until the day that this shyness passes-
