and the Moon shines bright.
Can you feel it in the air?
Each heavy paw print
laying down the foundation
for a better life,
a life no longer caged
by winter
and your icy stares.
Upon your cold shoulders
flowers bloom
with His touch.
Your evil
melts away
forming oceans of dreams
stolen from those
caught in your constant freeze.
Yes,
the Lion is here
to dance upon your throne,
that cold bed where you lay.
His claws
like daggers
rip at your chest
revealing a black hole,
a hole that leads to nowhere
as you have been
stuck there for a long time.
And places a seed
to bloom from that space
in hopes that Spring
will bring you the warmth
you so desperately need.

What a breath of fresh air!
I love Narnia, and I love the Lord.
This combined both so beautifully.
Oh, I needed to read this today.
Thank you!
Stitch
