It’s meant to be good yet leaves you in the dirt,
It burns inside your stomach & chest,
Hurts like no other hurts more than the rest.

I have a man who adores me so much,
Who falls more in love with each gentle touch,
Yet I still feel from time to time,
That this love will end & it’s not really mine.

I fear that one day I will wake up,
All I will have is tears to fill my cup,
That Mark was just a very realistic dream,
& that in reality nothing is what it first seemed.

I want to happy I wish that for my love & I,
I’d love to toss all our hurt into the sky,
But I know that things are not quite that simple,
Pain in my soul has caused quite a large dimple.

My feelings & I are well aware of each other,
We both know that I have much more than a lover,
But a companion who I want to share with my world,
A companion who calls me his Princess, his girl.

Love the style-flows like a story. Can tell it's from the heart. A scribble of thoughts and metaphors.
I find myself somtimes thinking it's too good to be true. But better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all. Sorry for the cliche, but it's more to the point than i am :p
Hppy new year and 4days

My Dear Pixie,

I've just been reading some of your recent work (I will catch up one day I promise!) And I just had to let you know that your words really are screaming out to me right now even greater than ever.

Just one thing though. It strikes me that whoever said "better to have loved and lost..." is quite simply wrong. The pain it leaves behind is so awful.

Perhaps it would be better never to have loved? After all, they do say "what you never have you never miss!"

Keep up the good work. Although there is much sadness in it, you'll never know quite how much it's keeping me going at the moment.

With lots of love,
Your old friend,
Pander.

If it is a dream Pixie, it is far better to take control and live it out as you want to. Realize that a dream is something that can be called back, again and again. Realize to that real life is dreamlike in nature, both good and bad, and unless we are mass hallucinating, Mark is real. WOnderful write.
