Array ( [sid] => 78354 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => 5 Gods [time] => 2005-01-03 21:52:38 [hometext] => me and the drummer to my band came up with this story about these 5 people who were the real gods of everything, so here it is, comments appreciated [bodytext] => They say there’s a story many years old
They say there’s a story that’s never been told
It has not happened but I know it well
It has not happened so now I tell
I will tell you a story of evil and men
I will tell you a story this is how it began
As in the land of yesteryear
There are many things that we fear
Fire water earth and wind
All four will come for we have sinned
They will come to rule our downfallen race
Where the evil us once was they will replace
For years and years a great war raged
Everywhere is where it was staged
The governing bodies were laid to waste
All historical documents were erased
We lived in chaos for many years
That was the greatest of all our fears
This was permanent it could never be undone
There was no where to go no where to run
No one would help out not a one
Something had to happen something must be done
A new hero named Omega soon was born
Between good and evil he would be torn
The four good men solicited on the side of good
This man was no fighter he was misunderstood
He joined there side and became element dark
The five of them left on a journey they will embark
They reached the leader of the fallen society
It was in shambles there was no propriety
The leader wished to test their skill
As many a take they were willing to kill
So they started the fight in many deathly ways
This is how it went, this is how it stays
Five of them standing there own brigade
Helicopters landing but there they stayed
An enemy drew his gun they still stood in silence
For them this was fun for others violence
At the last second the five of them split
Into three groups so that none were hit
Two on the left an two on the right
One in the middle they were ready to fight
The middleman slashed and a soldier was hit
Out of his mouth flew blood and spit
In the end the five men won
Still standing silently without a single gun
Heaps of bodies cold and dead
Some impailed or without a head
Five of them stepped and turned to leave
But the last man living stood with a heave
Before he died this is what he said
"You win our kingdom for we have bled"
Then they killed him very fast
They became gods despite their bloody past [comments] => 2 [counter] => 171 [topic] => 31 [informant] => The_Callif [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => StoryPoetry )

That is very interesting, well many gods would be thought to be vengeful or bloody. I like that

Good poetic ability. Incidentally, those "god's" came because of man's rebellion against his creator.
