again i don't matter

Contributed by PhantomVampyress on Monday, 3rd January 2005 @ 08:01:59 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Pretending its ok
dying inside
desiring true love
going to the ends of the earth for one i love
only to find nothing matters with me in the end

don't worry
nothing works
nothing lasts
nothings stable
nothing happens
but i get left

Jenni

Short, but sweet. The poem uses an interesting format, one I've never seen before. Nice write

Complete turnaround from what I last read... it seems you've left all your strength behind when it comes to love...
So what if you've had a few stink bombs in the past? I thought you were all about moving on to something else... I'm not saying the next one's going to be great, but eventually that will be the case. Don't be discouraged, Jenni.

Lots of love and peace,

Chelsea

do you want me to cry.... about to. many miles you walk and find yourself on rocky roads. and then all of a sudden there before you is a smooth surface and there and only then you will find the one to love and love you . when you at least expect it.

What a powerful little poem, you are in rare form here, i like it though, it sad yet it reveals
very exquisitly the fragile artist living inside
you. As always, uniquely you . . .
