Stopped following my lie?
Took a dive for love
And followed that little white dove?

To the one I fell in love with when I met?
When I was just a kid denying it?
Am I less of a man?
That I fell in love and admitted I can?

I gave in to the fact.
Love was something I lacked.
But the one I fell for,
Turned away and shut the door.

Am I less of a man if I feel the pain of losing you?
Of not acting like a big shot and having feelings too?
But I see the truth in your eyes.
Sadly, our love for each other never dies.

Admitting that am I less of a man?
Nothing else matters if I you can
Love me like I love you and not fear it.
Allowing ourselves to explicit.

Oh yes i remember reading this one, i truly think this is beautifully written, I love the lines Love me like i love you and not fear it...i think people let fear stand in the way of so many good things and enclose themselves up from society way to much. I'm one of those people lol...but it gives one alot to think of..thanks for sharing it, i enjoyed it just the same the second time around reading it...
