In the silence of the night...A whisper dies
With its many echoes of turbulent lies,
A passionate dream...An unanswered destiny..
Left to wither so calmly
A broken chain of thought...a leftover feeling
A feeling that will never be done healing
A deepest fear...a secret untold
Part of me that no one has ever been able to hold.
Then a gentle wind...a refreshing rain
The pouring of emotion with so little strain.
rekindled hope...A difficult smile
Consideration of life that took awhile
Holding new hands...passing new gates
Parting with old mind states.
Climbing new mountains ... finding a footing
Watching the scenery around me changing
Passing of the sky watching new hopes grow,
Kindling a new dream with a tremendous glow.
Dreaming of our friendship becoming a thing of beauty
Life appears to be a vision of clarity.
