who gave her something to believe in
he took it just as well
with all her heart she trusted him
she fell in love with a boy
who let her believe in lies
he had a face of an angel
and said beautiful words in disguise
she believed in a boy
whom she thought was the one
and even when he hurt her
she thought he could do no wrong
maybe she was a foolish girl
for having so much faith
he was just a lost soul
who took everything she gave
she wanted so badly to help him
and wanted him to love her
and even though she was dying inside
she could never seem to learn
she lost all her trust in that boy
the one with the angelic eyes
but she still loves him more
even though it's killing her inside
