No correlation, I assure you. Something galfalfa at Allpoetry wrote gave me the idea. [bodytext] =>

Coming home from work one night
My guy, his eyes they gleamed.
He grinned and whispered in my ear
He was in a mood, it seemed.

Not waiting ‘til he hit our room,
His hands began to roam.
‘Round and ‘round they searched.
He said, “I’m glad I’m finally home.

Exquisitely he slowly peeled
The wrapping from my mounds.
His hands caressed them tenderly
His mouth watering at the sounds.

“I waited all afternoon for this,”
His words whispered from his mouth.
“I could not stand time apart,” he said,
As he stuffed his mouth with both.

“Excuse me, dear,” I dared to say,
“These are much more than toys.
While at the store replacing them,
Pick up some Almond Joys.”

Lol, I thought the poem t'was funny. It's very good, with a cool rhyme scheme and an awesome topic... if only I weren't allergic to Mounds and Almond Joys life would be great :) Unfortunately they contain nuts... I'm rambling, aren't I? In short, awesome poem!

Thank you, very much. It was inspired by another poet. It just popped out of my head, one day. (My head is dangerous.) Fortunately, the good news is that you can have Mounds. There are no nuts in it. Now, if coconut is an issue, you are screwed. LOL Thank you for reading, but especially commenting. I appreciate both. Ramble away.
