Me I'm a AMERICAN I was born
in this place.

People ask what's your heritage,
I tell them AMERICAN land of
the free.

So what if my ancestors came from
another country.

I was born here not in their
country.

You see I was born in a great
country.

The past is the past you have
to live in the here and now.

YOUR A AMERICAN
born and breed.

So what if one's, Black, Yellow,
Red, Brown.
Blue, Green, And Silver,
Wouldn't matter to me.

Your an AMERICAN as far
as I can see.

So what your parent's came from
overseas.
Born here your an AMERICAN
born to the land of the free,
Home of the brave.

Sure we have our rules and laws
and they may not fit everyone's
need's

But that's not what I'm trying
to say.

It's getting old hearing about
race and creed.

How I'm better than you or
your better than me because
of past family.

I DON'T CARE ANYMORE.

I'm tired of the fight.

I'm a AMERICAN and that's
the way it should be.

Leave out the race.
Leave out the religion.
Leave out the hate.

Live as a AMERICAN proud
and free be apart of the
WORLDS GREATEST COUNTRY.

Then maybe others will see it
doesn't matter where or
who your past family came
from.

I guess what I'm trying to say
is let's live as brother's and
sister's get rid of the hate
and
LET'S MAKE THIS COUNTRY GREAT.

AMERICA I LOVE YOU.
