Array ( [sid] => 76863 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Until My Death [time] => 2004-12-22 10:57:13 [hometext] => This one came to me as I was listening 2 the song Fortress of Tears by HIM when I was about to go to sleep, its wierd but I hope u enjoy it! and plx comment hehe thx! [bodytext] => I've finally found a place,
To rest my weary head,
It's not amongst the living,
But quite opposite, the dead,
This silence that surrounds me,
A never-ending song,
In the valley of the dead,
Nothing can go wrong,
Sitting upon these tombstones,
Each inscribed of a different tale,
I came here because I couldn't take it,
My emotions have become so frail,
So sick of the bitterness,
And the continuous pain,
For much too long with the living,
Now beside the dead I will have lain,
Everyone fears this state,
Where your body finally dies,
They all believe it so horrible,
With their never ending cries,
But death is just the beginning,
Of something completely new,
For I tell you my dearest friend,
You shall one day experience it too,
A final last Revelation,
Of what it means to live,
A sudden realization,
Of how much love you were able to give,
So I lay upon these graves,
As the dead whisper silence,
Tales of tragic deaths,
Of sheer terror and utter violence,
But what is it that you tell me?
Is this information true?
You'd never come back to be me,
Instead of now being you?
What secrets do you hide?
Where does your soul now wander?
Out beyond Eternity,
Past Universal, out yander?
But now I hear no more,
As I draw in life, a breath,
These secrets are kept from me,
Atleast until my death. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 165 [topic] => 13 [informant] => XxNights_ChildxX [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
