everytime you turn around, you think they'll bring you pain.
You hear them whisper, and suddenly your mind is full of rage,
and you clench fists, shake your head... to them you look insane.

You're walking at a fast pace, but no one knows what's wrong,
because inside you're a wreck, and they think you are so strong.
But- you're heart is beating rapidly, and tears fall from your eyes,
because you've fallen in a dark place, and cannot find the light.

Once you were his baby, and you thought everything was right,
holding you, in his arms... all your troubles out of sight.
But- now you hear the screaming, and hear the glass just shatter,
you wear the smile on your face, but become even sadder.

Lying on your bed at night... and you're scratching at your skin,
you cannot take one more night being the same person.
You take the rope, and loose at first, right around your neck,
go outside, and pull on tight... strangled yourself to death.
