She believed him and swore herself to him
But then he had a break down
And she covered it up with makeup
That she used to wear before she met him
And swore to him everything she was.

He went into the jaw of a sharks,
Into the under appreciated world without her.
He lived through years knowing only memories
Of times before he knew how to predict
Fear set into his scarred heart
He left her at home
Having only his soul.

He came back to the devasted town
With everything he left with.
Just a tired body.
He swore hmself to her
And promised to never leave her again
But she was to busy to even look his way
Cause she remembered how she knew she'd lose him. Interesting tale, though sad. Well told.
Take care.
