Your colours are bright & full of life,

You illuminate my world like a rainbow,
With you is where I find my flow,
Red surrounds you, red for love & warmness,
Drifting with you on my mind chases away my stress.

I reach out to touch you in my dream,
You to me are much better than first seemed,
As when my eyes open you are still there,
I fall in love over & over when you stare.

I wonder what colour life would be with no you?
I’m no genius but I would say it’d be blue,
Blue is so unfeeling & so very cold,
I dream of you in colour that is oh so bold.

I dream of you in colour,
It is you, who’s made my life fuller,
The rest of my dreams are black & white,
They feel empty & not quite right.

Your colours are bright & full of life,
