i picture your hands shaking
lips moving with worry
would i really keep my promise
if you move on to a new life
i will end mine
planets will hover between us
and you can only visit what remains
the stone that means life
i'm sure you'd carve my name that way
on every inch of regret
there's no need
i call you
to anchor myself to reality
you hurridly get off the line
no "i love you"
no "i'm sorry"
and that's how i picture us
me, too cold to feel that hand
reaching after me
everybody says you're alive
but you are not
i kept my promise
worlds spin between us
empty space embraces me
but i have only died in your name
everybody still thinks i'm alive
but i know you visit my stone
that cold slab of rememberance
where my corpse lies, unforgotten
forever buried
and you carve my name
on every inch
i am not regret
you promise

I have broken so many promises not wanting to but not given any chiose
