Every long minute Seif was getting closer
He hacked at the door like a crazed thief
Alas, as much as he picked at the door,
It would not open, when he had give up,
The door had opened, and choking dust had caught his breath

Long since Seif had waited,
He silently prayed to his god in great relief
With his oil-lit lamp in hand,
Seif walked the rotting, wooden path,
As he walked, light gave life to walls,
Etched with ancient, golden symbols

A black crow bar lifted a heavy stone slab,
Finally he had reached the sarcophagus of the tomb
Seif’s heart skipped an excited beat
His eyes traveled to the inside of the coffin
All that was left, of this blood-drinking man,
Were pale, gray ashes scattered across the coffin’s floor
Suddenly a gust of blinding wind, sadly blew out the lamp

Deadly laughter filled Seif’s sun burnt ears
Stricken with awful panic, his orange eyes darted around
A raspy voice whispered behind him,
Awoken you have, the vampire, Eros De Monte
His eyes widened as a frost breath grazed his neck
Piercing fangs viciously dug into his neck,
His blood gradually dripped down his fragile neck…
