[bodytext] => Shadows amongst the trees, muttered whispers spoken,
Promises of forever, almost always broken,
Blackened dreary skies, rain starts to pour,
Washing away it all, lingering here no more,
Dripping wet fingertips, soaked from all the rain,
Draining out of my soul, I let go of the pain,
A loud sound of thunder, it rumbles and it quakes,
My fragile self shudders, but is unable to break,
Solemn sounds of laughter, in the distance abrupt,
Ignore the past failure, never again give up,
Wind passing by, sending shivers down my spine,
It wants to take me, once again leaving me behind,
Lightning flashes instantly, a sudden blinding white,
Cascading the darkness, momentarily bringing light,
Here I shall sit, and Im slowly being reborn,
Fighting ever so hard, facing this endless storm.
