What is life worth if you never take chances?
A chance to be,
A chance to love,
A chance to hurt...
You are scared of getting
your heart broken again,
I know how you feel.
I have been there.
You know what they say,
the first cut is the deepest.
I know what it is like to believe
i am loved.
To believe I am beautiful.
To believe I am the love of ones life,
and then--
He found someone else.
They have much more in common.
He figures out that he never loved me.
He only used me,
He took advantage of my emotions,
at his benifit.
I could never ask for someone to halfheartedly
fall in love.
All i am saying,
Is to live for the moment.
Life is a chance in itself.
You cannot avoid it.
So why cant we just live a life,
and take a chance,
together?

Dear -----

What is life worth if you never take chances?
A chance to be,
A chance to love,
A chance to hurt...
You are scared of getting
your heart broken again,
I know how you feel.
I have been there.
You know what they say,

I know what it is like to believe
i am loved.

I loved this whole poem, but especially those opening lines, you are right to let yourself love is taking a chance all in itself
