I drank through my skull this morning,
a young trampled buck.
Over my eyes I could only see black,
and my ears felt like rumbles.

I sat up a staired out the window,
into the cold, street rising.
People flipping dollar coins into the air,
landing in sewer and homeless buckets.

I saw a man trembling,
fumbling for change,
spitting on the ground, handcuffed.
A maniacal laugh, a crimson scream.

I woke the neighbor.
"Shut up!" she says
"Stop yapping your wank!
I'm trying to get drunk here!"

I spat on the floor with a distained fragrance,
and I opened with window,
to fall through. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 206 [topic] => 43 [informant] => zenmind [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

Yo babe this was the best poem I have read by you so far. I will probably say that a dozen times more as I read more of your poetry, but take that as a super duper compliment. YEs? I love how you analyze my poetry, and tie things together, and tell ME what I was probably writing. It's so great. You are inflating my ego, my friend...its t h i s big now.
