But only accepted it slowly,
Until I told you last night,
Worked into a fright,
That you would not,
Believe what I said or thought.

Tossing and turning,
I couldn't stop thinking,
Of the sound of your voice,
As you returned my feelings by choice.
Or your tone as you said yes,
To the question I could not suppress.

Every moment of every day,
I feel something I thought had gone away.
It's weird this feeling,
It's constantly changing, growing.
Constantly thoughts of you run through my head,
Your voice, flashes of images, and things that have been said.
I can't help these thoughts of you,
And I don't want to,
They give me hope that things will be alright.

You're the one person I can tell anything to,
Without worrying what you'll do.
Your the one person I trust with my heart,
My feelings, thoughts, soul, the part
Of me that no one else can share.
With this said I want you to be aware,

I knew it instantly,
But only accepted it slowly,
