[bodytext] => HAUNTED HOUSE
A clock popped of its wall hook and clattered to the floor, An invisible force slammed hard the worm riddled door. Dust moved disturbed by cascading drafts from the flume, Chips of wood spiralled upwards into the dank smelling room. A dangling cat chewed phone cord pulsed with life, Swoosh went the arrow of a passing kitchen knife. Lamps crashed over on brass nightstands, Indentations in the wall paper as if by invisible hands. A rat moved backwards then up onto his heals, Startled by a cupboard moving back and forth on silent wheels. Then nothing the house was once more still in a death like trance, Until the shadows fall once more and begin there merry dance.
