but I'm not sure why right now
I love so many people and things
but I only feel those three, I'm not sure how

The anger hurts
and makes me cry
I want it to go away
I want it to die

I hurt the people I love
because I tell them things so mean
that I know I shouldn't
myself being happy, I've never seen

The hate is even worse
It over rules any love I could ever feel
I wish it all away
I dont know how to deal

And once again it hurts those people
I feel so bad
And awful, that i cant control this
I'm always so sad....

And thats where the hurt comes in
The way I hurt myself is by hurting those people I love
I need to fix this
I just need someone to help me, give me a little shove

I hope and pray
that the anger, hate, and hurt leave
I think they will one day go away

Anger, Hate , and hurt are all I feel
but I'm not sure why right now
I love so many people and things
but I only feel those three, I'm not sure how

The anger hurts
and makes me cry
I want it to go away
I want it to die

I hurt the people I love
because I tell them things so mean
that I know I shouldn't
myself being happy, I've never seen

You should go to your family Dr. and he cann help u. I had a nervous disorder due to a medical condition that could only be helped by medication.
It's probably not the reason u have the anger but medication can help u cope so u can deal with it.
