[title] => Banana in Havana
[time] => 2004-11-29 20:07:05
[hometext] => What can I say I got sucked into watching Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights today on cable... Inspiration comes from strange places.
[bodytext] => I sat upon a peel, Of a big ‘o fat banana. It dirtied my new shorts, So I rushed to my cabana. There was no other pair, So I grabbed a big bandana. I wrapped it ‘round my waist, And I called it Tropicana. And thus a fad began, From the mountains of Montana, And even in the woods, Of the state of Indiana. The style made its way, As far east as Atlanta, And I’ve heard rumors, That it was worn by Santa. Well, who would’ve thought, That, me, a tourist from Savannah, Could start a new trend, With a bandana from Havana?
