Nothing Lasts Forever

A long time ago, i learned that nothing lasts forever,

People that fall in love never stay together,

Ever wonder why someone you care about the most dies?

If anybody ever says love lasts forever, they are telling a lie

All i know is nothing lasts forever,

People who fall in love dont ever stay together,

Friends that are friends for years often grow apart,

Nothing lasts forever, even the way that you feel in your heart,

Memories dont even last,

How i wish many times i could live in the past,

Nothing doesnt seem for real anymore.

great write....................but memories cant be dead................they will move with us
something for u from my poem memories

"a way to keep in close touch,
a way to reach deeps of hearts,
these are the clippings of the time passed rerunss,
nothing butthese are called the memories of the short or long love............
like the words they wiil never die,
they will move with our next step

very well expressed write and very true...nothing lasts forever and sometimes it takes people awhile to realize this...well I think that this is a point that needs to be adressed and you adressed it very well....keep on posting

i unfortunately now what you were saying here. on the flip side for some reason i can't stop loving my ex, it's an unconditional love!!!!!! it hurts my heart to hear her talk about other guys or not wanting to see me cause she can't deal with it right now, you know what i mean, well i suppose you do since you wrote this, anyway good heartwrenching write, hope to see more of your stuff.
