And my heart full of hope
I feel discouraged
Back to where I was
My heart is now pounding
It knocks so loud on my chest
I think it wants to fall out
Or maybe it's contracting
Squeezing out the venom of despair
I feel hurt and confined
by the prison cell that I created
Trapped behind these four walls
That bind me and blind me
I dont want to return here
But my fear traps me in
The venom runs though my veins
And makes my body shiver
I lock myself in and I hide
From the world

Tears flood my eyes once more today
No longer are my eyes dry
And my heart full of hope
I feel discouraged
Back to where I was
My heart is now pounding

dear friend, this is just a lack of self confidence. read my poems each poem will tell you a different subject to emerge from such a situation.
