Why weren't you there when I lay cold, in the hospital... shivering and crying out i survived and where were you?
When I cried on your grave stone and my tears became blood from a wrist once drained before... where were you?
When I'm up all night screaming out so cold in pain, when I'm chucking myself into walls, taking my face you once loved and turning into a mangeled car wreck, where were you?
Where were you when the church bells rang and I preyed before your forever closing coffin and damnit I cried for you so long and where were you when you should have dried those tears, but you weren't there... where were you when I needed you most...
When I lay at the bottom of the bath filling it with my blood for your memory, the memory of where were you when you said you'd be there.
When I was with you, you where there, and when I dream and cry these sad songs where are you all this time when you werent here...
Just come back...
Why must you leave me here,
Why can't it be this way? [comments] => 6 [counter] => 221 [topic] => 13 [informant] => surge_joebot [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
