When her arms were open wide
She must have heard the danger
When her dreams washed with the tide

She must have tasted jelousy
When the clouds came rolling in
She must have smelled the agony
When lies became a friend

She must have felt the silence
When she fell beneath her fears
She must have seen it coming
She’s been waiting all these years

That really is something to be proud of!
Great work, good rhymes, just remember that poetry doesn't revolves around rhymes ;)

My interpretation? Well, somebody that's had someone they love taken away from them or being dumped. The 2nd half of the poem focuses more on depression about what happened I guess.

Cheers,
-XRaye

mmm, excellnt! i loved the rhyme flow...

interpret?
...well i think that she had a strong and loving relationship with just a friend and that friend went through hard times but kept it to her-self and in the end her friend killed her-self... and the girl in this was jelous because she was thinking "WHY ME? HOW CAN SHE DOTHIS TO ME? .... bu this also has a slight twist to this becaue the girl inside, knew what was happening to her friend.

Your poetry has an excellent flow, in the choice of words and expression. Nicely done.

Andrew
