What is it that you see
When I walk through you
Can you look right through me
You’re hollow inside too
If I could shed these scales
Could I be saved from truth
When my redemption fails
What have I left to lose
Why do I still believe
You’ll come to me one day
Content to be naïve
But how long can I stay
I hear the moon tonight
Does she sing you to sleep
Maybe her silver light
Will dim the hope I keep
Tomorrow I may go
Dance in the woods alone
But in the dark tonight
I can’t sleep on my own
