I finally found that in Him

He told me that He loved me
He told me that He cared
Now I sit here thinking of Him with a lost stare

He was my everything
My knight in shining amour
My sun, my moon, my stars

But now I have lost Him
He has found another somebody
I wonder was He ever mine
Will I ever be somebody's somebody again

But I have no regrets or worries
I don't cry because I lost Him
I smile because of the good times we shared

I will always remember...
I hope He will to...
Never forget me...

Somebody's Somebody

I wanted nothing more than to be somebody's somebody
I finally found that in Him

He told me that He loved me
He told me that He cared
Now I sit here thinking of Him with a lost stare

He was my everything
My knight in shining amour
My sun, my moon, my stars

But now I have lost Him
He has found another somebody
I wonder was He ever mine
Will I ever be somebody's somebody again

But I have no regrets or worries

Emotions really pull on our heart strings. Sometimes it is better to let go then remember with a smile and not a tear..
This is something so lovely. I hope you find your somebody that tugs on your heart strings again. Maybe this one will stay. I hope to see more wonderful words from you soon.
