Array ( [sid] => 7189 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => No Title [time] => 2002-11-21 19:40:00 [hometext] => This is the final poem in my quest for the "perfect girl." Obviously, i gave up on trying to get with her, but im ok now. Were at least friends, and as long as were friends, im happy, even if shes with another guy. [bodytext] => I wish you could have witnessed the joy you gave me. I wish you knew that your loved saved me. But your love was miss-guided like a bullet through my heart. I want to start over, but where do I start? I've given up on waiting; I've given up on saying...

You made up my mind, I'm moving on now, and someday you might be sad. But I can't let you toy with me, think of what we had. We had so little, but I thought it was so much more. For this pain must be lifted, but nevermore. I've given up on waiting, waiting for you to say...

This is the time, listen to my words. I know I can't have your love, your dove and birds. Your blossoming flower or your beautiful voice, but it is wretched and gives little meaning. Nothing but shallow statements that give nothing but beatings. I've given up on waiting, and playing your game...

I've given up on trying, to get you to notice me. I've given up on you, and trying to make you see. To see everything you were to me, and what made me cry. I can't live like this, I can't live to die. To live without love makes life worth nothing. It's too late; you killed me, too late for something. I've given up, I gave up on your dove. I've given up on life; I'm giving up on love...

I'm an idiot, I forgot to post the title and category, it should be under love remembered. And the title is Giving In.
