we distill in a flowery phase,
great-thinkers as children romp wild-eyed and life-stained around us,
ring around the poesy a pocket full of poetry,
and we know who we will be,
as we straighten and descend over opposite rills,
each, the other's mirror,
I will see you in the next life,
I your cousin or you my wife,
and if I leave before you,
watch the horizon from our garden,
until I grow from a dot to resting next to you at this spot,

Thank you for your warmth. This is very new for me, but I will add more soon. I am excited that there are so many here with like-minded passions.
I have always been trepedatious about sharing my writing, but the fact you enjoyed it, means so much to me :)
