-my fragile vain
My pores leak this pang
My sores bear my shame
Deep inside my tendons frame
The composition which sears my sane
Racks my eyes with shuriken’s fame
Creeps through my mane- just as it came.
Its potent fame hath warped my name-
Left maimed by its cast of wicked embrace.
Lamed by its mace of hostile grace-
Tamed by its breath- an alluring whiff-
A relentless game toward the just thou scathed.
An everlasting adherent- in which the shadows have claimed-
Hath broke my spirit and beseeched my being-
Leaving me un-aid to bear my days of pain- for the deaths I’ve brought to shift the blame.
This leaps upon my treasure’s dame-
Knocks her down and all in vain-
For by my own hands- a belligerent slain.
Because I was-
And-Because I am-
Of such torment…I shall sing.

Hm, sad. Shouldn't the first vain be vein instead? or did you mean to write it like that? Makes me feel guilty like I've done something wrong. (probably have by living) but anyways i love all your poems but i really like this one. much love-your wife. ps-check my newest poems.
