I cry out and twist and turn in pain.
Silently screaming my day away, to the awful suicide tune.
I want to run away from this, leave my pain there and run forever.
The loneliness is mounting, building and breaking.
I cant have what I want, and what I want isn't real.
You think this is funny to see me this desperate to die?
You laugh now, you see my face, cut and bleeding, crying.
Will you laugh the same way when I'm dead?
When the suicide tune plays no more, and the blood never makes the pain stop.

Suicide plays in the background...
I cry out and twist and turn in pain.
Silently screaming my day away, to the awful suicide tune.
I want to run away from this, leave my pain there and run forever.
