[hometext] => a more recent problem
[bodytext] => I'll write this one to begin with a question For it seems such lines dominate my mental voice I'll deviate again from my old standard rhyme For it seems my mind gives me no choice: Did you even notice? (my near breakdown) When, during the sickening volume of that audio Amongst the multitudes of dancing drunkeness My pacing to and from the cheap liquor bar? When you burst in my empty room when I was away And seized my notebook of personal suicide, Complete with a full, disturbing description of my plans, To scrawl a simple message across the first unfilled page? What might you have thought of my horrible secret Had you been in a more sober, comprehending state Reading those final lines I wrote Nearly eight months ago, dressed in suit and tie With the ingredients of death laid out before me Laid out in response to my terrible trespasses With a girl nearly as wonderful as you Again, I have no solution minus the fatal one Cannot live with or without you Won't harm you by pursuing Yet have failed to suppress these growing desires To love you As well as to die.
