And face the price there is to pay
For all those failures and dirty lies
That this world now does so despise

Not allowed to slink off somewhere
Leaving this mess for Kerry to care
He SHOULD account for all he's done
Not escape like a coward allowed to run

Perhaps it's BEST we come now to see
Him humbled down on one crooked knee
To humbly beg America's forgiveness
For the decent things he did transgress

Perhaps the whole cycle must now run
Until this incompetent's day is done
And there can be no longer be ANY doubt
That his proper place is truly OUT

Perhaps it is only true justice after all
That the full calumny of his actions fall
And he and his followers meet disgrace
And we see the horror on his face

He took the world down a wrong way
So many lies paved this ugly path to lay
And brought us all to the coming end
In the greatest peril stupidly send

For some, the evangelicals, that's no bad thing
They pray for Him the end days to bring
And Bush is their agent to that day
Armageddon is coming, so they say

And the rest of us? Well, we don't count for much.
To these holy rollers, happy clappies and such
We are the chaff while they are the wheat
And Bush is the bringer of the world's defeat

Perhaps its BEST they have this fantasy time
And know true ignorance now so sublime
Later they will see just how wrong they were
As the horror arrives and Bush stand and stare

Better that Bush account FULLY for his crime
Not left to Kerry the task to take care this time
Bush has further ugly errors to make yet
As he begins a full four years of regret

Even though we have different views, I admire your style... You have a good poem here, style, rythem, subject matter and passion.
