What do I see,
A face staring back at me,
Unrecognizable to the human eye,
It seems as if it wants to fly,
Streaming down its cheek are tears,
Full of hatred and of fears,
Fountains in the background stream,
Blood from someone who doth scream,
The roses have wilted,
And the picture is tilted,
This is not me staring back,
There is something it seems to lack,
Something it doesn't show,
Are things no one would know,
They are the things I keep inside,
Why do I try to hide,
The things I feel,
And know are real,
A very whtie bright light,
Not ever wanting to fight,
Always giving compassion,
How can I put it in a ration,
Terrified at what I see,
This really can't be me,
So I whipe away all my tears,
And push away all my fears,
The mirror breaks into a million pieces,
And life has a hundred new leases.
