Some memories are very precious,
And we remember them so well.
Some are like the secrets,
That we'd rather not tell.
Memories i have of you are cherished,
I think about them night and day.
They even sneak into my dreams,
Then slowly fade away.
Sometimes i even wonder,
Was it a dream or was it real?
These crazy mixed up emotions,
That for you, my dear, I feel.
Your there steadily standing,
In your farm land if you will.
Captured by your handsome smile,
Still restrained with some fear.
Interruption of curvet horses,
And distant moo's from those cows.
I'm still finding myself gazing into your blue eyes,
Remorse, no more, is found.
Total opposites,
That's the way i want it to stay.
For you is who i want,
My amorous cowboy.

A very enjoyable write and not a slobbering love poem. They tend to become boring. Yours is of that which truly makes for love...............doug |
