[bodytext] => Introduction: This is how I feel about life and God. I do not expect you to agree with me.

There is order in the universe
each day the sun rises and sets
the moon controls the tides
and the trees reach up to the skies
The rain falls upon the ground
nourishing everything that grows
animals take only what they need
this is something everybody knows

There is order in the universe
I began with a humble birth
then I sought after my own plans
and forgot about my brothers worth
There is no order in my life
when I seek to do my own desires
Is there order somewhere for me
that i can apply unto my life

Universal laws exist
proudly I always resist
I blame God for calamity
that often stems from acts in me
Do we ignore gravity
and jump off cliffs unto our deaths
There is wisdom in these words
find my practicality

There is order in the universe
It does not exclude anything
I miss the reasons for the law
It often ends in suffering
But if I resist temptation
understanding I will gain
If I overcome my apparitions
I'll no longer live a life that's vain

Universal laws exist
proudly I always resist
I blame God for calamity
that often stems from acts in me
Do we ignore gravity
and jump off cliffs unto our deaths
There is wisdom in these words

It makes sense, Archie. I like the rhymes employed here, too.

Good luck on your sojourn and return in good health, thanks.

This is material for reflection.
Practicallity seems such a godly thing to me. Anthing that makes good sense. (St. Thomas Acquinas already stressed that.
Let us exercise it. The exercise of it may provide us with more Insight.
Thanks for sharing Archie
Elizabeth

Seems like words of wisdom to me. I really believe there are trade-offs in life according to attitude. Anyway, I like the way you repeated the "There is order in the universe" part. It brings a cohesiveness to the piece and of course I enjoyed the thoughts as well. Nice work, Archie!
