I ran home & didn’t tell my mum & dad,
At the fear of them thinking I was bad,
I washed my now filthy underwear,
I just didn’t want any trace of you there.
I bravely told the police the very next day,
They came to where you work & took you away,
The only problem is they let you back out,
To rape other young women I have no doubt.
To this day I still think I was to blame,
Never again will I feel the same,
As I did before the night I was raped,
You have made me feel like I have no escape.
I look at myself & I often think,
Did I deserve it because I had too much to drink?
I remember scrubbing myself down below,
All I wanted was the stench of you to go.

That night you raped my body & my mind,

| aww..I don't care if you dove into a vat of vodka and drank it all..no woman deserves what happened. No woman asks to be raped..No, Pix, you aren't to blame. It isn't even half your fault...great poem though..shedding tears for you, hon. Men are pigs sometimes.. |

wow is this ever amazing, sweetie this is so descriptive and astonishing, im sorry it happened but im glad you wrote about it, it makes people open their eyes about the hurt people still suffer from...

| I really do admire you for your bravery, it must of been tough sharing. i hope writting this helped let some of the feelings slip. you created a poem with so much feeling it must of drained you. |

| I had something like this in my life too, my girlfriend was raped......im so sorry for you, if only this screen could show my tears then maybe you would be comforted beyond anything that are just words. if you ever need someone to talk to, im sure you will find more than enough voices on this website. peace. |

This is so very sad but it's a very powerfull write.
I was molested as a very young child by an uncle but he was the psyco. It really does mess with the mind.
It's never your fault as it wasn't mine either.
U r a very strong person having come thru this.

Sweetie i never thought u would write about this with such description.
I have never been through something like that but I feel your pain for when you blame yourself.
This is a very deep poem that has taken great bravery to share.
I admire you for doing so. But you know I am always just an email or something away if you need someone.
