Array ( [sid] => 69252 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Slipping Away [time] => 2004-10-28 19:07:30 [hometext] => I wrote this, uh, because sometimes we just slip away, and I write this when I am at a low point, and then when I enter it on this computer, I think, gosh, that's so depressing! [bodytext] => I am always being left behind, people have forgotten me and no longer I want to be kind. I don't laugh or smile as much as I used to, but I guess that's waht happens when you're abandoned with nothing to do. What I wear, how I look, or what they say I don't care, I quit caring after days upon days I'm left here, at the walls I stare. Usually, self-amusement is wsomething I do best, but my patience has run thin after so many times of being put to the test. Slowly everything I've held dear is slipping away, yet for some reason my heart punks out and lonely, I stay. If the sun shone brightly today I wouldn't know, locked up in my solitude I know things will be the same tomorrow. Day by day I keep sleeping longer, and awake less and less, of course waking up to sorrow is worse than dreaming that gets me away from this mess. Maybe one faithful day my eyelids won't open again, for everyday I wake up to my nightmares, longing for my sleep at once to begin.
