[bodytext] => Alone I wait until the light, Does beckon me and fill my sight. To show me that which I have lost, So far beneath this winters’ frost. A frost so cold, much likes the night. So long ago I reached my height, But soon I slipped and fell from sight. And now condemned to pay the cost, Alone I wait. Within my shadow’s such a fright. My memories are wraiths in flight. So to the wind my minds been tossed. My sanity, I fear, is lost. So with the wrong now bleeding right, Alone I wait. © 2004 Michael David Morash All rights reserved [comments] => 4 [counter] => 228 [topic] => 43 [informant] => mdmorash [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )
