[hometext] => I know this is about suicide... but it's also about the emotion driving a person to do it... we have no idea when we say things to certain ppl how it affects them... this is just an example... comments welcomed...

Well... they're already dead Crushed by the poisonious words Spoken by some cruel... heartless person with no concern For the mess her life had become All the heartache and pain without love Living... breathing... dying inside With those empty thoughts and empty dreams Still haunting her mind Once... they may have meant something to her Now... they're just useless... hollowed out schemes Those empty thoughts and empty dreams Never to be fully realized Because someone was blind by their own shortsightedness Couldn't recognize the signs of someone Whose pain was eating them alive Just left them in a pool of emotion to die "Go ahead..." they said... " Just do it! And do the world a favor!" I just don't agree with that philosophy If that person was in that situation... is that what they would want...? Someone badgering them to just do it While they're pleading for help? I don't think so... She's reaching out as best she can The only only way she knows how... For someone to just take her by the hand And rescue her from herself and her pain For which she feels is driving her insane She carries those empty thoughts inside her head And those empty dreams... Well... they're already dead Cushed by those vile words spoken And driving her toward the edge To be lost forever... drowning in the great pond of life A pool of her own blood... Seeping through the cracks of time All because... she carried those empty thoughts inside her head... Because her life had treated her as though she were dead... Meaning nothing to anyone... not even herself... An empty dream is all she lived on... Until it was gone... Because someone.. couldn't show compassion for their fellow man She died... by her own hand Full of empty thoughts and empty dreams That's how she lived her life it seemed...
