when seeing dark clouds looking into the sky
his calming voice simply makes me sigh,
recently blessed; our newfound start
still knowing how to warm my heart,

aye, he is a wealth of inspiration to me
when here i thought; dried has the sea,
miles away yet whispering in my ear
things become crystal clear,

no matter how closed in; he opens the vault
he warms my heart,'tis not his fault,
bringing such muchly needed comfort
in any wicked storm; my port,

bringing sunshine's warmth again unto my soul
two parts together making a whole,
rushing heart lighter; feeling hopeful again
flowing over my soul,

like a gentle rain.

a fallen angel may be saved by love...

when seeing dark clouds looking into the sky
his calming voice simply makes me sigh,
recently blessed; our newfound start
still knowing how to warm my heart,

Dearest Nessa..just now I have seen our comments on my latest submission about my mother..after reading your comment I could not control my self..tears flowed on my face..though I am not in a mood to comment on any poem..but your poem dragged me in..and it is like a gentle rain wonderfully refreshing to my poetic heart..thank you for sharing..thank you for commenting on my poem..hugs and love as a friend...I will come back after a week to read the poetry of all my friends ...sincrely..

Oh Ness, mom, this is so beautiful. I havent got a clue what the thingy says in your author notes... Heh.

The picture and the Music both fit together perfectly but seeing you write like this again is wonderful! I love this hun, s'one of my favourites :o)

Ah yes Ladyfawn that sweet gentle rain that washes away all trials and tribulations until the soul is at one with the body again. Some may never know that gentle rain or its benefits. I am so glad that you have found it for yourself. Hugs from bernard.

This is beautiful..what more can someone say?
I know how refreshing rain feels and also how it feels
when the sun dries up that rain..Living in the desert I have become a cactus and try to absorb the water and keep it in..not working right now I'm afraid....still jealous of your abiity with the computer and midi's..lol. Rock On :-*)

A gentle rain that brings a gentle cleansing...
This is a beautiful poem that entails a gentle spirit. There is a softness and moving quality that causes one to gently sigh.
