What dark pit is it that
I am now faced with?
Where did I go wrong
Where did I veer
Far from Your Path?

I need You now
More than ever
I fear I will be
Lost forever

Much more than before
Much more than before
Who wants to taste
The decietful elixir
Of the most cunning, diabolical trickster

You who once were a slave to Sin
Conformed to the ways of the world
Your fate is mine, you cannot escape it
You will agonize in this kingdom of Satan

Lord, wake me up
From this nightmare realm
I've been needing you
And I've been pleading to you
I am prepared to face
The truth of my shame
I am prepared to declare my faith
When they asked
Who would be our Savior?
God turned to His Son
And it would be that
You would be our Savior.

When I asked
Who
Will be
My Savior?

You declared
On the Cross
That

You
Will be
My Savior!

Much more than before
Much more than before
I have faith in Jesus my Lord
He will take me from the places of fear that I most fear

Satan you have no hold on me
For the Lord Jesus has His Word told in me
Your power is useless you formless devil
I have a Savior named Jesus Christ and He is taking me
Hand in hand to the Heavenly Father's Holy Kingdom

I
Don't know why
I tried
To hide
From my spiritual guide
Was it my pride?
Trying to cover up the sins inside

Now I have let go of my fears
And I'm trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ
I am trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ

Now I have let go of my fears
And I'm trusting in the Holy Spirit
I am trusting in the Holy Spirit

Now I have let go of my fears
And I'm trusting in the Heavenly Father
I am trusting in the Heavenly Father

Lord I am not going to let my fears
Seperate me from You
As You would not let Sin
Seperate me from You
Through death
You sacrificed Your life for mine
And all other sinners
I will not give in
To fear and be a slave to Sin
I am going to be with You,
Lord Jesus, in the Heavenly Kingdom

Much more than before
Much more than before
I must stand by my Lord
I must stand by my Lord Jesus

I enjoyed this poem, and I enjoyed the place that it took me in the Spirit...
