WE REAP WHAT WE SOW

*note*You [In this poem]...means not you personally ...but you as -all humans on this earth!
~

You are saddened about how the world is becoming
if only you would let Your God help as that's what I'm aiming.
You have taken God out of most of the schools
you would rather have no rules and act like fools.
You have taken God out of the governments too
so how do you think God feels...sad and blue?
You say I am out dated and other Gods are in
so you're usless without me so you cannot help but sin.
You may or not realise that it is Satan that you love
as He has disguised himself as of beauty more than God above.
You see he tricks us into thinking evil is fine
and Satan is the God of this world we think he's divine.
You say no I don't ! But I must correct you by saying
he is in music, television, and all computer games your playing.
You worship Satan, sport, money or just think of yourselves
with no thought of The Father yet in this world He dwells.
You read the newspapers and believe every word
but the bible you treat it as rubbish and you think it's like turd.
You say abortion is okay and nudity is free spirit
but how far will you go, what is the limit?
You give out condoms to all young boys that do what they like
where are the morals of doing everything right?
You let children play on computer games that injure and kill
then think why do children go into schools with a gun with such skill?
You curse me and say there should be no rules for discipline
being afraid to be sued so your children cross that borderline.
You don't follow the commandments and find it easier to disobey
then expect God to help this world before the hawk eats his prey.
You must realise God loves you but feels so very jealous and hurt
that you can follow Satan for fulfillment and comfort.
You can now decide if you want to change your old ways
as God will never force you that is how God forever stays.
You may just wonder how bad this world will get
if you continue to ignore God this world will deface I regret.
~

Yes, good intentions in this poem, good job, I agree with some key points. I however don't believe or disbelief in a god, I just don't know. And may I say that more people have murdered in the name of "God" then they have ever in the name of "Video Games". THere are literally millions and millions and millions of kids, teenagers, and adults playing video games all over the world, and if they were all out murdering, then we would have heard about the epidemic of school murders on the news everyday and every night. The last time I heard about a school involved shooting was two years ago, I think. They are just isolated events, that parents then look for external, after the fact causes for the problems, like video games, when really it was most likely something else more basic, like family life, parenting, or a number of things that were there even before the kids started being interested in guns. And believe me I have played a lot of shooting video games and if you were to hand me a shotgun or a hand gun or a machine gun, I wouldn't have a clue as how to load it, aim it, or fire it. I have learned more about guns through being in The Boy Scouts, then I have from Video Games. So maybe The Boy Scouts are the Devil too? Sorry just had to say that, I think my arguement makes sense, there are more than just ONE set reason for things happening. A whole host of reasons, visible and invisible, have an effect on how people act. I think we should stop blaming Satin, and start blaming ourselves. And we should get to the root of the problems instead of just dealing with the "after the fact", "reactions" which are caused by the main, basic, central problem. - Mike M.

"We are not evil Because of the evil we do, we do evil, Because we are evil" - God Module

sorry onslaught for thinking that my poem suggests all people are evil...eg.computer games etc... because I wrote it in poem form it does seem to come out that way sorry...
but God is our creator and He originally made us perfect...
obviously humans are not NOW perfect...even christians arn't!
You say us humans should blame ourselves and not satan! He is in us all but asking Jesus to be in our lives is the only way the world will be a better place. and to get rid of him...war is based on religion...but many religions are also tricked by this cunning satan...so I do disagree sorry satan is the cause of all of this evil...just read THAT bible
*taking a deep breath*
anyway onslaught I must thank you for reading this poem ...you could have just clicked -back and ignored it but you didn't -thanks!*smile*
cheers!~

Full of emotion. Great poem. I agree with some points, but that's the great thing about poetry. You get the chance to get other view points from other people.
